If you haven’t seen the finished mural on the side of 331 Milam (The Office Hub/downtown post office building), you’ll want to come by this week. The 2-story paint and vinyl work was completed over the Juneteenth weekend. Many murals are beautiful, but this art is a combination of history, a poignant and important story AND beauty. Ka’Davien Baylor was the lead artist and we predict it will become the backdrop of many photographs taken downtown over the years to come.
